Julia Patton is a UK born artist and author who’s currently living in the British Virgin Islands. Over her expansive career she’s created over 60 internationally published titles with global publishing houses and brands, including Penguin Random House, BBC, Bonnier Publishing, Royal Institute Of British Architecture, Harper Collins, and Chick-Fil-A. Her background involves working predominantly with mixed media and collage, finalizing her work digitally. Julia’s passions include creating relatable and lovable characters whilst telling stories that need to be told. Some highlights include featuring on the B&N’s Character Wall of Fame, being featured on the Kids Indie Next List and listed as the 110 Most Influential Children Illustrator’s UK. She adores anything silly, dreaming up fantastical gadgets and hand-drawn typography.
