Eric Comstock
Eric draws a triangle. Adds a dot. Another dot. An upside-down 7. Half a circle. Voilà—a new friend is born.
And if you listen closely (really closely), you’ll hear this little guy introduce himself. Meet Mr. Triangle, who has strong opinions about jazz music and owns a philosophical dog named Doug. They take evening strolls where Doug pontificates about squirrels and Mr. Triangle practices his dance moves.
Eric’s illustrations bubble with playful curiosity, rich textures, and colors that seem to hum their own tune. His inspiration strikes during vinyl record deep-dives, art book marathons, and those perfect walks where the light hits just right and suddenly everything makes sense.
His work has caught the eye of Harper Collins, Simon & Schuster, Crate & Barrel, Hallmark, American Greetings, Shutterfly, Oopsy Daisy, Moda Fabrics, TeNeues, Graniph, Fit Pregnancy, and Stanford—who apparently all needed a little more whimsy in their lives.
