Nomar Perez was born on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico in 1975. His interest in art came from all the funny scribbles he created in his school notebooks, where he doodled for hours through math, his favorite subject. After scribbling his way through his adolescent years, he found himself in the U.S., where all types of media quickly influenced him; this included a wide range of animation, puppetry, and computer art.

Upon following his interest, Nomar went to study Computer Animation at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Nomar has worked as an illustrator and designer on humor, kids, and young adult products for about 10 years in the social expressions market. He's had the opportunity to work on 3D computer animation for interactive media and licensed products as well.

Nomar resides in Cleveland, Ohio, with his wife Farah. Where they enjoy traveling and finding new places to eat.

He continues to enjoy scribbling and doodling every time he can.
